(3) (A.A.) Prerequisite: Permission of the instructor and TPP 2111 or equivalent. This course is a continuation of Acting I, with emphasis on in-depth textual analysis and characterization. Scene work and monologues serve as the basis for study. The course introduces students to various acting styles as well as basic audition technique. Degree-seeking students who are making progress in their degree programs may repeat this course a maximum number of two (2) times; however, no more than a total of nine (9) combined credits of theatre production courses may count elective credits. Students are advised to consult the transfer university about the number of transferrable credits for theatre production courses.
