Elementary Algebra Developmental (3) (D) Prerequisite: MAT 0018 with a "C" or better or equivalent preparation in arithmetic content and skills as per placement testing. This course includes basic algebra concepts and skills that are needed for success in higher level courses. Topics include operations with real numbers, polynomials, rational expressions, graphing, radicals, factoring and solving linear and quadratic equations and applications.
