(3) (A.A.) Three hours per week. Prerequisite: Completion of ENC 1101 with a grade of "C" or better. This course meets Area I requirement for the A.A. general education requirements. While this course is an introduction to literature, with a focus on fiction, poetry and drama, emphasis is on composition and grammar. A research paper is required. This course meets the 6,000 word Gordon rule requirement.
