Building Codes and Specifications (3) (A.S.) This course will cover current SBCCI Standard Building Code and the SBCCI Standard for Hurricane Resistant Residential Construction. In addition, the writing and reading of specifications, bidding procedures and the relationships between contractor, engineer, architect, owner, subcontractor and supplier will be covered. The student will also study questions similar to those found on the Florida State Certification Exam.
