(3) (A.S.) Prerequisite: EEC 1000, EEC 1601, EEC 1001. This course meets the Florida Department of Education and the Department of Children and Families requirements for the Florida Child Care Professional Certificate (FCCPC) and the National Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. It is the last of 4 required courses for the credential. Documentation of successful mastery of Developmentally Appropriate Practices (DAP), including documentation of 480 hours working or volunteering in a classroom with children birth through 4 years old is required. Students will be evaluated in the classroom environment.
