(3) (BAS) This course is an examination of strategic planning in public and nonprofit organizations. The course also includes instruction in the roles, development and principles of public administration. The student will learn how strategic planning can guide and strengthen the effectiveness of an organization’s performance. The ten step strategy change cycle is introduced as an effective planning approach to accomplish strategic and operational planning in organizations.
