Computer Assisted Legal Research (1) (A.A.) This course is required of all paralegal / legal assistant program majors and must be taken concurrently with PLA 1104 or permission from instructor to waive co-requisite. This course is designed to familiarize the student with computerized legal research databases and enhance their legal research skills. Students will be able to locate and update legal authority using electronic (online) databases and sources, and to properly cite their resources in a memorandum of law.
