(3) (B.A.S.). This course is intended to offer foundational skills of control system design and networking. Course work will review current topics such as security, network management, and sensor networks. Course work will also cover two-way information exchange, monitoring and controlling time-varying energy consumption and secure information and communications networks. Smart meters, gateway devices and software systems will also be studied.
